Order Processing

Available shipping methods and shipping rates will be displayed during the checkout process.

Delivery Timeframes

Once an order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within Canada.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs processing, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Such delays shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback requests.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Celling Electronics shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has been shipped, when available.

Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon successful delivery of the package to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

Customers must inspect packages immediately upon delivery.

Any shipping damage, missing items, or delivery-related concerns must be reported to Celling Electronics within 48–72 hours of confirmed delivery.

Failure to report such issues within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Shipping Restrictions

Celling Electronics reserves the right to refuse shipment to locations where delivery services are unavailable or restricted.
