Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping

Returns & Refunds

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a device that is damaged upon arrival or not functioning properly, you must notify us within 48–72 hours of delivery.

To qualify for a return and refund:

• The issue must be reported within 48–72 hours of receiving the device.
• The device must be returned to Celling Electronics for inspection.
• The device must be returned in the same condition it was received.
• All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included items must accompany the return.
• The device must not be locked to any account or carrier.

Once the returned device is received and inspected, and the reported issue is verified, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for shipping the device back to us for inspection and processing unless otherwise approved by Celling Electronics.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns and refunds will not be accepted for:

• Devices that have been physically damaged after delivery.
• Devices showing signs of misuse, neglect, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
• Water or liquid-damaged devices.
• Devices repaired or altered by a third party.
• Devices returned without original accessories or packaging.
• Devices returned with an active iCloud lock, passcode lock, carrier lock, or personal account attached.
• Return requests submitted after the 48–72-hour reporting period.

Warranty Disclaimer
